Da GrandMa was born in the heart of Venice with a simple idea: to bring back to the table the authentic taste of Italian grandmothers’ cooking, the genuine flavours of the past, made with high-quality ingredients. Our roots lie in traditional recipes, familiar flavours and the care with which Italian cuisine has always transformed a few well-chosen ingredients into something memorable. This is where our work begins: selected ingredients, seasonality, technique and creativity, with subtle international influences that accompany tradition without changing its identity.
THE PLACE
Da GrandMa is located inside an elegant palazzo overlooking Fondamenta di Cannaregio. The restaurant opens onto a refined garden, an intimate setting where cuisine, design and hospitality become part of the same experience.
